Business Analyst to join a newly established Operational Effectiveness function.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business transformation, improving operational processes and exploring how AI, automation and emerging technologies can reshape ways of working.

🔎 The Role:
🔹 Analyse existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
🔹Design future-state workflows and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
🔹Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation and workflow technologies.
🔹Lead stakeholder workshops, gathering requirements and translating complex challenges into practical solutions.
🔹Collaborate with IT, Legal Tech and business teams to support technology-enabled transformation.

🎯 What I'm Looking For:
🔹Strong experience in Business Analysis, process improvement or process design.
🔹Proven ability to gather, document and translate complex business requirements.
🔹Experience with process mapping, workflow design and stakeholder engagement.
🔹A genuine interest in AI, automation and digital transformation.
🔹Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
🔹Experience within the legal sector is not essential – I'm open to candidates from a range of industries.
