At Oxford Heartbeat, we're on a mission to revolutionise brain surgery through cutting-edge technology and are currently looking for an experienced Application Software Engineer.

As part of our in-house product development team, you'll develop, validate and deploy next-generation medical software used by clinicians during brain surgery in operating theatres around the world.

This is not a role where you wonder if your work matters.

🔬 What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of software development experience within a regulated industry
• Strong C# / .NET skills, with Windows and macOS development experience
• Experience with render engine technologies, 3D graphics and shader programming (HLSL)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and performance optimisation
• Familiarity with IEC 62304 and ISO 14971
