🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Provide 2nd Line network support across enterprise customer environments.
- Troubleshoot WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN and firewall issues.
- Support routing, switching and network connectivity.
- Handle customer changes, maintenance and escalations.
- Work with internal support and project teams.
- Maintain SLA-driven support and ticketing processes.

🔹 Required Technical Skills:
✅ Cisco Networking
✅ Juniper Mist Wireless
✅ Fortinet SD-WAN & Firewalls
✅ Palo Alto Security Solutions
✅ Enterprise Routing & Switching
✅ Network Troubleshooting
✅ MSP Environment Experience

🔹 Experience & Certifications:

- Previous experience in a 2nd Line Network Support / Network Engineer role.
- MSP experience preferred.
- CCNA, NSE or Palo Alto certifications would be advantageous.
