Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and engaging customer service, ensuring customers leave with a smile.

• Maintain high store standards to keep displays insta-worthy.

• Work as part of a team to support daily store operations.

• Connect with the local community and help customers find the best deals.

• Complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship over 12 months (no college days or homework).

• Participate in training, assessments, and practical evaluations.

✅ You have a GCSE grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
✅ You are not currently in education and available for full-time work.
