Savers is currently seeking a motivated Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about retail and eager to learn, offering a hands-on opportunity to build foundational retail skills while working in-store full-time. No two days are the same at Savers, and team members enjoy a fast-paced environment where their positive attitude and teamwork are key.

As an apprentice, you will not attend college or complete homework — instead, all your learning will take place in-store over a 12-month period. Upon completion, you’ll receive a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification, assessed through practical observations, a multiple-choice test, and a professional discussion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers leave with a smile.

• Maintain high store standards, ensuring the shop is clean, tidy, and “Insta-worthy.”

• Actively participate in team activities and support your colleagues.

• Promote and help customers find the best deals on the high street.

• Engage with the local community and represent the Savers brand.

Eligibility Criteria:

You must meet all of the following conditions:

• Have GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent in English and Maths.

• Be available for full-time shifts and not in any current form of education.

• Not have completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.

• Be eligible to work in the UK.

• Be new to the retail sector.
