Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with at least 3 years’ post part 3 experience in the UK, who will thrive on the responsibility to provide inspiring technical design solutions and information for our innovative domestic, commercial and community projects, collaborating with all members of the design team.

The Role will include:

• Navigating projects through all RIBA work stages with an emphasis on stages 4-6, involving client liaison for design decisions, technical delivery of tender information (drawn and written specification), and site-attendance during construction (depending on the project).
• Office based role in the Cotswold market town of Shipston-on-Stour.

What we're looking for:

• Strong design sensitivity alongside technical expertise in construction methods and materials, coupled with an in-depth understanding of building regulations, standards, and construction.
• Excellent communication skills; drawn, verbal and written.
• Experience in collaborating with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
