Sladen Estates Ltd is looking for a motivated and skilled Architectural Technician to join our team in South Normanton. If you have expertise in producing construction packages, coordinating technical information, and working with contractors, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Prepare detailed working drawing packages for construction projects
✔ Coordinate technical information across multiple projects
✔ Produce drawings for planning applications, ensuring compliance with regulations
✔ Collaborate closely with design and technical teams to achieve project objectives
✔ Conduct site visits, liaising with contractors and consultants

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proficiency in Revit, with strong skills in technical detailing
✅ Relevant qualifications and job running experience
✅ Strong ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively
✅ Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to our head office
