Key Requirements:
 

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Solid background in traditional technical residential detailing
• Advantageous to have experience in high-end bespoke projects
• Ability to deliver projects across all RIBA work stages
• Comprehensive understanding of construction detailing and regulations

Responsibilities:
 

• Contribute to the development of innovative and practical design solutions
• Produce detailed drawings and documentation
• Collaborate effectively with project teams and clients
• Ensure projects adhere to relevant regulations and standards
