Architectural Technologist

Description:

COSMO Restaurants is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist or architect to support ongoing restaurant refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK.

### Scope of Work Projects may include:
 

• Restaurant refurbishments
• Kitchen replacements
• HVAC and extraction upgrades
• Fire compartmentation works
• Internal reconfigurations
• Minor extensions
   

Responsibilities May Include:
 

• Measured surveys
• Existing and proposed GA drawings
• Construction drawing packages
• Building Control submissions
• Landlord submission drawings
• As-built drawings
• Coordination with contractors and external consultants
   

### Requirements

Applicants Should Have Experience With:
 

• UK Building Regulations
• Commercial, hospitality or retail projects
• AutoCAD (essential)
• Technical drawing production
• Consultant and contractor coordination
