• Running a mission team of engineers with an eye on delivery and customer outcomes.

We're looking for

This role is for someone who's ready to shoulder individual responsibility for end to end development and delivery of features that align with business and customer needs. This person needs to be highly driven and self-motivated and will be rewarded by having a direct impact on customer outcomes and by collaborating with senior stakeholders across our business. We require someone with
 

• 2+ years of experience in product management or project management
• Strong commercial intuition, entrepreneurial spirit and foundational gut instinct
• Strong organisational skills to thrive in chaos and remain calm among every day pressure of workload and delivery.
• Strong communication skills to keep people aligned and mission teams humming along
• Strong interpersonal skills to make hard work rewarding, sustainable and nourishing
