PLM Central Ltd, a trusted PTC partner specializing in Digital Product Design, Manufacturing, and Automation solutions, is expanding its sales team in 2025 and is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive focused on cold calling and converting prospects into customers.

This full-time, on-site role in Watford requires a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and persistence in closing deals over the phone. As part of the ‘Go Gold’ strategy, you will play a key role in growing the company’s customer base by proactively contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

You will nurture client relationships, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow a proven sales process to pitch PLM Central’s industry-leading products such as Creo, Windchill, ThingWorx, and other PTC solutions.

The position offers commission, comprehensive 5-star training, pension, paid holidays, and the chance to work alongside a highly professional and technical team.
