Business Development Manager

Description:

An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing independent sales and lettings agent in the heart of London, working on prime properties. Working as part of a highly entrepreneurial team, who get things done fast, you will have at least 3 years’ experience working in business development and being responsible for generating new business within the lettings space.

The Role

• Offer each client a bespoke marketing strategy, using the local, national and international exposure offered to them within our clients Properties network.
• Creating channels and identifying new business opportunities, liaising with stakeholders such as property developers, freeholders and BTR developers.
• Work closely with each client from initial enquiry/contact through to when they hand over the keys.
• Keeping well abreast of the local market and industry knowledge
• Ensuring clients’ expectations are well managed and exceeded where possible.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years’ experience working in the London property market
• Business Development/Client Services experience is essential
• Lettings experience in the private rented sector
• Ideally some experience working with developers or within the Build to Rent sector
• Experience of carrying out market appraisals / valuations
• Have exceptional communication skills and be able to deal effectively with different types of people
• ARLA qualified - beneficial
