C# .net Integration Developer

Description:

As an C# .Net Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering modern .NET-based integration solutions, helping the business migrate critical workflows away from legacy Alteryx processes into scalable, cloud-based applications. Working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams, you will play a hands-on role throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation and deployment.

The C# .Net Integration Developer, will work within an Agile delivery team building bespoke applications and integrations using the Microsoft technology stack across both Azure cloud and on-premise environments. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, maintainable software using modern development practices, while collaborating with business users to understand requirements and provide technical solutions that align with strategic objectives.

C# .Net Integration Developer role offers the opportunity to work with technologies including .NET 6+, C#, Angular, Azure services, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Kubernetes and Azure DevOps. As C# .Net Integration Developer contribute to end-to-end software delivery, participate in Agile ceremonies, and help drive the modernisation of business-critical systems within a highly collaborative environment. Previous experience within financial services or energy trading would be advantageous, although strong technical capability and a willingness to work closely with the business are equally important.

Key responsibilities:

• Strong C# .NET development experience
• Strong experience developing applications using C#, .NET 6+ and Web APIs
• Excellent SQL and database design experience (SQL Server, Oracle or similar)
• Experience building cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, including services such as Blob Storage, Cosmos DB and Kubernetes
• Experience with Angular (v13+) and Azure DevOps (Git, Pipelines)
• Strong understanding of Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, gathering requirements and delivering end-to-end solutions
• Strong understanding and experience with Alteryx
• Previous experience within financial services, commodities or energy trading is highly desirable
