Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.

• Support clients in maintaining independence and wellbeing, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.

• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families through compassion and reliability.

• Accurately record care provided and report any changes in clients’ health or circumstances.

• Deliver care according to individual care plans and organizational values.

Requirements:

• A caring heart and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Reliability, empathy, and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive care team.

• Flexibility to work part-time hours according to client needs.

• Driving licence and own transport preferred (for travel between client visits).

• No prior experience required — full training provided.
