MCG Healthcare is partnering with a well-established, non-partner model GP surgery in Plymouth, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified General Practitioner (GP). This practice provides exceptional patient care while maintaining a manageable workload and fostering a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide high-quality patient care within one of the five practice sites in Plymouth
✔ Manageable workload of 14 patients per session, including acute & routine care
✔ Participate in clinical leadership and decision-making within a structured PCN model
✔ Optional on-call duties for those interested in additional responsibilities
✔ Collaborate with 10 salaried GPs, GP leads, and a strong multidisciplinary team
✔ Contribute to training and development of undergraduate nurses & AHP workforce
