They are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Associate who is enthusiastic about startups, social media, and international collaboration.

In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and expanding PeakTew’s online and offline community presence. You’ll develop market penetration strategies, identify growth channels, and contribute to user engagement initiatives designed to increase retention and foster community loyalty. You’ll also be responsible for conducting user interviews to collect insights and feedback to help shape the platform’s evolution.

This position follows a remote, flexible, and part-time schedule, ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in global digital marketing. As this is a student-led initiative, the role is unpaid, but offers exceptional learning and professional growth opportunities in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement.

• Build and nurture online and offline communities aligned with PeakTew’s mission.

• Design user retention and engagement initiatives using direct communication and feedback sessions.

• Attend weekly virtual team meetings to report progress and share insights.

• Collaborate with international teammates and assist in creative campaign ideation.
