Description:
La Fosse is recruiting a Microsoft 365 Product Engineer on behalf of a national transportation organization undergoing a large-scale digital transformation initiative. The goal is to modernize how employees work, communicate, and collaborate by fully leveraging the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
This pivotal role sits within the IT Infrastructure team, which is leading the organization’s shift toward a secure, efficient, and flexible digital workplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, optimization, and evolution of Microsoft 365 technologies, ensuring operational excellence, data protection, and productivity enhancements across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 platform, including Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID.
Provide Tier 3 technical support for advanced incidents and service requests.
Monitor and maintain system health, security, and compliance across the environment.
Drive adoption and optimization of M365 tools to enhance communication, collaboration, and productivity.
Support digital transformation and workplace modernization projects aligned with business strategy.
Oversee Microsoft licensing across relevant environments and services.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with internal governance, data protection, and cybersecurity policies.
Manage identity, access, MFA, and device compliance via Entra ID and Intune.
Contribute to infrastructure projects that enhance operational efficiency and security.
Automate repetitive administrative tasks using PowerShell and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain a secure and reliable digital environment.
Core Skills & Competencies:
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, Azure).
Proficient in PowerShell scripting, M365 security and compliance management, and identity governance.
Familiar with ITIL frameworks, particularly Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
Solid understanding of cloud governance, data encryption, access management, and compliance standards.
Broad technical knowledge spanning on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Skilled in working across multi-site, complex enterprise environments.
Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology vendors.
Highly motivated, analytical, and results-driven, with a strong focus on quality and service excellence.
