The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our lithium battery and solar product lines. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of Ultracell’s lithium battery and solar product lines.
• Provide technical expertise to address queries and develop solutions for our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvements.
• Help to train client-facing staff on technological aspects to enhance their ability to assist and sell products.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure Ultracell remains at the forefront of battery technology.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve product performance and efficiency.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and help to provide technical support.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Extensive experience in the lithium battery industry.

• Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing product development.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.

• A technical degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.

• A high level of English
