Commercial Finance Manager

Based near South Guildford (2-3 days a week in office). This role would suit a very bright and hands on commercial analyst who wants to help deliver world-class reporting and commercial support.

The Role

The successful FP&A Manager will lead the following.

• Act as a true business partner to the operational leadership team.
• Act as the main point of reference for the annual group planning cycle.
• Lead the strategic planning and budgeting.
• Design and deliver standard budgeting & forecasting reporting.
• Have an interest in powerBI, data and excel.
• Delivery of clear and succinct critical assessment of the Group’s forecasts.
• Commercial challenge group and divisional performance.
• Support with cashflow forecasting.
• Delivery of Groupwide ad hoc analysis projects for the CEO / CFO / Group FD.
• Support External Reporting team to develop forecasting models.
• Help improve internal and external reporting need.
• Help support improved systems and processes.
• Build strong KPI reporting.
• Take the lead on a number of key commercial projects and initiatives.
