The firm is renowned for its partner-led model and Legal 500-ranked litigators, emphasizing efficient resolution of high-stakes business disputes. With plans for significant expansion over the next 12 to 18 months, the firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner-level Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its elite team.

This role places you at the strategic forefront of complex litigation cases and firm-wide growth. You’ll handle a wide array of disputes, including:

• Shareholder and partnership conflicts

• Breach of contract claims

• Professional negligence cases

• Construction litigation

• IP and brand protection disputes

• Complex, multi-party commercial conflicts

You’ll lead high-profile cases with substantial autonomy while also mentoring junior team members and driving business development efforts. The role offers a unique blend of leadership, strategic influence, and client engagement within a highly collaborative and flexible work environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years PQE (or equivalent experience) in commercial litigation

• Strong arbitration experience and interest

• Commercial acumen and business development aptitude

• Proactive, team-oriented approach

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
