Commercial Senior Solicitor

Description:

The role will be based in the firm’s Bristol office, working alongside an experienced, personable and commercially focused team. The successful candidate will play a central role in driving the growth of the commercial offering, developing client relationships and leveraging the firm’s strong existing network.

The position will involve a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, technology, data, and media matters, including advising tech companies on B2B transactions, specialising in SaaS, IoT, AI, machine learning, and fintech.

The Candidate

• Experienced Commercial Solicitor with strong general corporate/M&A exposure
• Experience in video gaming/ games media would be highly attractive (not essential)
• Commercial outlook with enthusiasm for business development and networking
• Background from a reputable commercial or boutique practice
• Motivated to grow an established offering and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality team
• Desire to step into partnership (if currently a Senior Associate/Legal Director)
