A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its thriving Commercial Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer who is ambitious, client-focused, and ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the department’s future growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a diverse commercial property caseload including leases, acquisitions/disposals, and landlord & tenant matters.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with the firm’s existing client base while actively developing new business opportunities.

  • Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members, contributing to the overall development of the department.

  • Take a proactive role in shaping departmental strategy and supporting the long-term growth of the firm.

  • Work flexibly across any of the firm’s Devon-based offices, with opportunities to expand and grow a client base in the region.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law.

  • Confident managing complex caseloads with minimal supervision.

  • Commercially minded with excellent business development and client relationship management skills.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.

  • Seeking a long-term career move with genuine partnership potential.
