This firm is known for handling complex and high-value corporate deals, often involving international transactions ranging from £1m to £1bn.

As part of this thriving practice, you will act for a diverse and ambitious client base, delivering first-class advice on fast-moving projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to gain hands-on experience, assume responsibility early, and work on prestigious matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist on a wide variety of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, and venture capital work.

• Deliver accurate and commercially focused legal advice to clients across multiple sectors.

• Play an active role in the firm’s strategic growth, contributing to business development initiatives.

• Manage client relationships with professionalism, ensuring excellent service delivery.

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes on complex projects.

About You:

• 0–3 years’ PQE with strong academics and legal training from a reputable City, West End, or national firm.

• Solid experience in corporate transactions with exposure to M&A, private equity, or venture capital.

• Strong commercial awareness and excellent client-facing skills.

• Interest in technology, IP, or IT sectors is advantageous but not essential.

• Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

• Ambitious, team-oriented, and motivated to progress within a high-performing practice.
