ENL Legal Recruitment is currently hiring a Private Client Lawyer for a well-regarded and expanding law firm based in Warwickshire. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a varied private client caseload including:

  • Drafting wills

  • Probate and estate administration

  • Advising on inheritance tax and estate planning

• Provide tailored legal advice with clarity and commercial awareness.

• Maintain high standards of client care and service.

• Meet deadlines and regulatory compliance in all client dealings.

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in private client law.

• Strong technical knowledge and practical understanding of wills, probate, inheritance tax, and estate administration.

• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle caseloads independently and effectively.

• Team player with professional communication skills and client-focused approach.
