Carriera Limited is seeking a highly competent Project Manager or Building Surveyor to oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects on behalf of a landlord in North Oxfordshire. This temporary 6-month contract offers a dynamic opportunity for someone with solid stakeholder engagement and project delivery experience to act as the primary representative of the client.

About the Role:

In this site and office-based role, the successful candidate will act as the key liaison between external consultants, project teams, tenants, and the client. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the landlord/client in all project-related matters

• Manage consultants and coordinate with contractors and teams on-site

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and stakeholders

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines

• Enforce health and safety compliance across sites

• Deliver progress reports and milestone updates to the client

• Ensure seamless project delivery across multiple locations

Candidate Profile:

This position is ideally suited to a self-driven Project Manager or Building Surveyor with a firm understanding of construction delivery and estate management.

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Strong experience in construction project management

• Prior exposure to client-side or landlord-side construction responsibilities

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Professional qualifications such as RICS, CIOB, or equivalent are desirable

• Strong grasp of health and safety regulations
