Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant to join their Management Consulting team. This role involves client management, solution implementation, and delivering project outcomes. Consultants own project workstreams, collaborate daily with client sponsors and consulting leaders, and prepare high-quality reports and presentations for both clients and internal executives.

This position offers a clearly defined career path with opportunities to deepen industry expertise, develop project management and leadership skills, and advance to Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure successful engagement delivery

• Lead day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting teams

• Develop and communicate well-organized reports and presentations

• Manage multiple project workstreams efficiently

• Deliver high-quality work products within deadlines

• Support continuous career development and skill enhancement

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in banking, insurance, or capital markets, either as a consultant or industry professional

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with shifting priorities

• Knowledge in one or more of the following: banking regulations, operational improvement, technology strategy, business architecture, process improvement, robotics, or change management

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

• Willingness to travel up to 100% for client engagements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong problem-solving, collaborative mindset, and attention to quality

• Proven ability to lead client service delivery teams

• Positive client relationship skills

• Right to work in the UK

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Prior management consulting experience

• Certifications such as ACCA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related

• Advanced degree (MBA, MA, MS) in related field
