Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR / Contracts Administrator to support with drafting contracts, data entry, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role requires strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare employment contracts and related HR documentation.
  • Input and update contract information and employee data within internal systems.
  • Accurately save and organise contracts within the correct folders and filing systems.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed, recorded, and stored correctly.
  • Support the HR team with general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR administration or contracts administration.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Available for an immediate start.
