An outstanding opportunity has emerged for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join in house Corporate team based in Nottinghamshire. Our client seeks a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate with a robust background in corporate matters to join this dynamic and rapidly expanding area.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and experience managing a varied caseload of corporate legal matters, including:

• Private company share and asset purchases
• Management buy-outs and buy-ins
• Shareholder and investment agreements
• Share schemes
• General corporate governance
• Company secretarial work

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Collaborate closely with equity directors and junior staff on various corporate matters.
• Handle transactions, negotiate, and advise clients on diverse issues such as share and asset disposals, management buy-outs, shareholder agreements, and various commercial contracts.
