Customer Advisor

Description:

B&Q is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Advisors (Night Stock Flow) to join their team in Colchester. As a Night Stock Flow Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that shelves are stocked, organized, and ready to provide customers with the products they need and inspire them with new possibilities for their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and well-presented.

• Maintain stock flow efficiently and safely during night shifts.

• Operate in a collaborative team environment to achieve store targets.

• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure workplace.

• Potentially gain a forklift license (training provided by the company).

• Suggest and explore new ways to improve processes and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and planning skills, able to work effectively under pressure.

• Organized and analytical mindset with a focus on simplicity and efficiency.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

• Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to evolving processes.

• Must be at least 18 years old to work between 10pm–6am.
