Description:

SilkFred.com is seeking a detail-obsessed freelance CRM Manager to join their team remotely. The role involves working closely with the existing CRM team to manage and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp using Bloomreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and deploy CRM campaigns following strategy and briefs.

• Build precise audience segments and customer journeys inside Bloomreach.

• Test and quality assure campaigns before launch.

• Use AI tools to assist in creating campaign copy.

• Manage campaign schedules, deadlines, ensuring flawless execution.

• Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize and align campaigns.

Candidate Profile:

• Solid hands-on experience with Bloomreach (essential).

• Experienced in setting up and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journey best practices.

• Able to work remotely, independently, and handle a busy workload.

• Experience in B2C, especially e-commerce or online retail, is a plus.
