As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers. Your role will involve handling enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and building positive relationships with clients. You will also be expected to upsell products where appropriate and maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s offerings to better support customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritise and process customer orders and requests via telephone and email while managing workload efficiently.
Investigate and resolve customer queries promptly with patience and professionalism.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product and service portfolio to effectively support and advise clients.
Accurately update customer records and ensure all information is kept secure within the CRM system.
Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive customer and financial information.
Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners, including delivery, procurement, and operations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience.
GCSE Level 5 or above in English and Maths.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Energetic, confident, and credible team player with a positive attitude.
