Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist / Machine Learning Model Builder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to address complex business challenges and support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with data science and cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and validate machine learning models
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance and accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other machine learning programming languages
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and model evaluation techniques
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and performance evaluation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning
• Master’s degree or PhD is preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
