As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Dynamics 365 and SharePoint solutions for a diverse range of clients, ensuring each solution is tailored to meet the specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure custom Dynamics 365 and SharePoint solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet client specifications.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Work within an agile team, collaborating with other developers to deliver solutions on time and to the highest standards.
• Take ownership of your projects, from development through to delivery and support, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide technical support via the ticketing system (Freshdesk), responding to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and industry developments to ensure solutions remain innovative and effective.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and SharePoint (Online, 2016, 2019).
• Strong working knowledge of Office 365, PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), SPFx, PowerShell, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with CSOM, JSOM, REST API, and CAML.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and ability to build scalable, performance-driven solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and clients.
• Proven experience working in an agile environment and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
