Director Of Operations

Description:

Compass Associates are partnered with a valued client in their search for an Operations Director to lead a cluster of their surgical sites in London.

You will have previous multi-site operations experience within the private acute hospital market, whilst it is not essential that you have a clinical background, you should have a strong understanding of the patient pathways and be comfortable working in a private acute market.

You will be responsible for the managers on site; ensuring they are compliant with CQC regulations, developing the services, up to date with training & development and providing high levels of patient care

Requirements

- Management experience within private healthcare

- Regional or multi-site experience

- Budget management

- Business growth

- CQC compliance, clinical governance and preparation for inspections.

- Experience liaising with key stakeholders.
