Domestic Assistant

Description:

As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Home Care clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Your work will help promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual preferences.

Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Assisting with household tasks such as meal preparation, bed making, dusting, wiping surfaces, and spot cleaning
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, windows, and floors (sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping)
• Occasionally providing transport for clients to attend outings, appointments, shopping trips, or respite activities
• Monitoring clients’ wellbeing and promptly reporting any changes to your team leader
• Communicating clearly and respectfully to foster strong teamwork
• Accurately completing all required documentation in a timely manner
