Winter Production Assistant

Description:

This opportunity runs from December to the end of February, including the holiday season.

We expect a mixture of shows being booked in advance and others last minute.

What You’ll Do:

As a Winter Production Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to:

✈️ Travel the world, assisting in producing & delivering unforgettable entertainment experiences. Travel, accommodation and food included for every event.

🏝 Work abroad, supporting day-to-day operations in exotic locations (or at our base in the UK)

🎭 Work hands-on in the production, events & entertainment industries, with further work in logistics & marketing.

No Two Days Are the Same! You Could Be:

• Behind-the-scenes: Building sets, making props, and setting up lighting & sound equipment
• Client-facing: Present live events: Dealing high-stakes Blackjack or helping hunt for Treasure
• Handling logistics: Booking transport, accommodation, and writing call sheets.
• Marketing & media: Capturing footage and promoting our shows.
• Ensuring smooth execution: Making sure every event meets our high standards.

What We’re Looking For (Must-haves):

✔️ Outgoing, confident, and adaptable

✔️ Strong attention to detail; you notice, change and improve the little things

✔️ Ability to embrace and manage challenges, finding a way to ‘make it happen’

✔️ Clean driving license & ability to swim

✔️ Presentable appearance

✔️ Good availability from Dec -> Feb, including over Christmas & New Year period
