Description:
The Executive Event & Briefing Manager will lead the planning and execution of high-profile executive briefings and strategic client events designed to elevate global customer experiences. This role requires managing all logistics such as agenda development, room setup, A/V coordination, catering, transportation, and post-event follow-ups. The manager will collaborate with Sales, Services, and Product teams to tailor briefing agendas aligned with business objectives and maintain the executive briefing calendar with precision. The role demands being a trusted point of contact for senior internal stakeholders and global partners to ensure seamless and professional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead logistics and planning for C-suite and VP-level briefings and events
Develop agendas, coordinate venues, A/V, catering, and transportation
Manage overlapping events with careful scheduling
Act as liaison for senior stakeholders and global business partners
Maintain operational excellence in internal tools supporting event delivery
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 4 years experience in executive briefing centers or strategic event management at enterprise level
Proven experience supporting VP and C-suite stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) with executive-level professionalism
Outstanding organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with confidence in internal systems
Self-starter who works independently and adapts quickly to changing demands
