Field Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and preventive maintenance, servicing, and repair of our advanced entrance systems and access products across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned and preventative maintenance, servicing, and repairs of automated entrance systems

• Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding across hydraulics, mechanics, and electronics

• Ensure completion of all tasks assigned by the planning department in a timely and professional manner

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery

Candidate Requirements:

• Technical background and hands-on experience working with hydraulics, mechanics, and electronics

• Prior experience servicing entrance systems (automatic doors, gates, access control systems, etc.)

• Valid driver’s licence

• Proactive attitude and ability to independently solve problems in the field

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
