Field Service Technician

Experienced Multi-Functional Printer Field Service Technician based out of our Swansea office to cover SA Postcode (M4 and A48 corridor)

Due to continued expansion and growth within the managed print sector we are looking for a dynamic and skilled Field service Technician with a minimum of three years' field experience to join our rapidly expanding team covering the SA Postcode to work almost exclusively on Ricoh/Konica multifunctional devices, however our ever-expanding portfolio does mean that there will be scope for future growth.

Requirements

Ideal candidate will be based close to our Swansea office in SA5 with prior experience of Ricoh/Konica devices however full Manufacturer product training will be given to the right candidate.

• Ricoh / Konica Minolta experience preferable
• Network connectivity experience essential
• Exposure to Papercut or any follow me print and cost recovery solutions is advantageous
• Punctual, have a can-do attitude and are a team player with the initiative to be able work on their own
• A clean licence is preferred (a maximum of 3 points would be acceptable)
• Able to demonstrate the ability to manage workload
• Able to own and manage car stock levels
• Willing to assist with installations/moves and collections of multifunctional devices
