Global Mobility Advisor

Description:

NBCUniversal, a leading global media and entertainment company, is seeking a Global Mobility Advisor to join their HR team in London. This role supports the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the Global Mobility team, managing a variety of operational tasks and cases across all international assignments, including long-term and short-term relocations and one-way transfers.

Key responsibilities include supporting internal stakeholders with queries regarding global mobility, preparing and reviewing cost estimates, producing standard and ad-hoc assignment documentation, liaising with partners for immigration, relocation, international medical, and tax services, ensuring compliance with payroll and HR reporting, maintaining data quality, reviewing invoices, and assisting with annual global mobility projects such as COLA, merit and bonus reviews, and year-end reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, is results-oriented, detail-focused, and able to handle tight deadlines. Proficiency in multiple technology systems, including Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Knowledge of international tax, COLA, relocation, and immigration is required. Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is mandatory.
