In this high-performance and fast-paced sales-focused role, you'll work closely with innovative tech companies across the U.S., placing senior-level professionals ranging from Heads of Department to C-Suite executives. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both client development and candidate management, supported by an exceptional training programme and an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the U.S., particularly on the East and West Coasts.

• Source and headhunt top talent through platforms, networking, and proactive outreach.

• Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring candidates are well-prepared and informed.

• Handle offer negotiations and ensure successful placements for both clients and candidates.

• A basic salary of £26,000 with uncapped commission and realistic first-year OTE of £60,000.
