Group Tax Manager

Description:

As a Group Tax Manager, you will report to the Head of Tax and work closely with group finance, FP&A, the divisional managers, group treasury, the shared service centre, and the external stakeholders. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of tax schedules to support the Group current and deferred tax provisions (biannually) and consolidated tax disclosures.
• Support the financial accounts team with preparation of the tax disclosures in the UK statutory accounts.
• Preparation of corporation tax returns
• Corporation tax consolidation for the entire Group for the purposes of external reporting.
