Haemostasis Product Specialist

Description:

The main aim of the role is to give onsite training, support and complete intallation of the machines at customer sites across the UK and Ireland
 

• Troubleshooting queries and follow up telephone support after installation.
• Installation of new equipment and verification of all routine and specialist assays.
• Upgrades of equipment
• Administer and deliver onsite training courses
• Continually update training course material
• Develop, promote and maintain Customer Competency Examinations
   

Essential Skills
 

• BSc (Hons) degree in Biomedical Science or Similar
• A good depth in haemostasis experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a laboratory environment or Agenda for Change band >=6
• Technical and logical problem-solving capability.
• Reading and understanding of scientific and technical documentation.
