Inexa is seeking a QA Manager for its dynamic and quality-led food manufacturing site based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire quality assurance function, collaborating closely with operations to maintain and improve food safety standards. You'll work across all shifts, bringing a consistent and unified approach to QA operations while building a strong quality-driven team culture.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about quality in food production, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, and experienced with UK retailer requirements and BRC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA function across a complex 24/7 production site

• Ensure ongoing compliance with BRC and food safety systems

• Collaborate closely with Operations to drive continuous improvement

• Build and influence a strong “one team” culture across all shifts
