As Housekeeping Manager, you will be the final authority on room readiness, ensuring nothing less than perfection for every guest stay. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all housekeeping activities, ensuring rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver excellent guest service

• Conduct room inspections and sign off on final readiness for guests

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including use of chemical-free cleaning solutions

• Maintain efficiency and excellence in linen management, stock control, and team scheduling

• Support sustainability goals by implementing eco-friendly cleaning practices and recycling initiatives

• Act as a key ambassador of the hotel, delivering service that exceeds guest expectations

• Participate in internal development and succession planning for junior team members
