Description:
Ivee is on a mission to help individuals returning to work after a career break, offering flexible and meaningful opportunities. They are currently seeking a Head of Employee Life Cycle Experiences and Processes Redesign to lead the transformation of the employee experience at their organization. This role will involve reimagining and simplifying processes across the entire employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to professional development, transitions, and departures.
You will work closely with the Director of the Centres of Excellence, developing and managing project workplans and timelines, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. Your focus will be on designing processes that are equitable, inclusive, and clear, delivering results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Director of the Centres of Excellence to refine project scope.
Map current employee and manager experiences and identify improvement areas.
Redesign employee processes to ensure they are inclusive, equitable, and accessible.
Develop and manage detailed workplans, timelines, and project resources.
Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to implement system changes.
Manage internal and external project contributors for effective coordination.
Facilitate input and feedback from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
Deliver project outcomes on time and within budget.
Key Criteria:
Experience: Leading transformation initiatives within People Operations or HR Shared Services.
Expertise: Organizational and Operating Models design for People and Organisational Development.
Track Record: Successful project management and delivery, particularly in HR, reward, payroll, and talent management.
Skills: Strong understanding of people systems and related technologies, with a user-centric approach to designing accessible and efficient processes.
Communication: Excellent engagement, influencing, and communication skills.
