An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic Consumer Product and Retail Business based in Central London. This business, with a £120 million turnover, boasts key partnerships with leading retailers, including Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose, Morrisons, and Amazon. The role of Head of FP&A offers the opportunity to set up a new FP&A division, allowing you to make a significant impact and contribute to a fast-paced, creative business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the global FP&A functions.

• Support the CFO in driving insights across the business.

• Implement new KPI and reporting structures.

• Analyze product launches and overall product performance.

• Optimise performance across retail, eCommerce, and manufacturing sectors.

• Evaluate customer performance analysis.

• Build and manage forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.

• Ensure rigorous controls and processes in FP&A.

• Report commercial results to stakeholders.

• Assist in preparing board packs and accounts.

• Advise senior management on commercial analysis and key initiatives.

Role Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent).

• Strong experience in FP&A, particularly focused on commercial finance and data.

• Ambitious and innovative leader, with strong communication skills and a good sense of humour.

• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or consumer products industries is preferred.

• Ability to work three days a week in the office in London.
