Notting Hill Genesis, one of London’s largest and most respected housing associations, is offering an opportunity for Supported Housing Assistants who have been working on a temporary basis to transition into permanent or fixed-term contracts. This role is part of the organisation’s onboarding process rather than a competitive recruitment procedure, ensuring continuity for those who have already been contributing to the team.

As a Supported Housing Assistant, you will continue the responsibilities outlined during your temporary assignment, working closely with residents and colleagues to provide excellent housing and support services. Key Responsibilities:

• Continue delivering high-quality housing support services as per the duties defined in the initial temporary assignment.

• Work collaboratively with managers, colleagues, and residents to provide consistent support and assistance.

• Maintain a focus on customer service and uphold the values of Notting Hill Genesis.

• Support compliance with any new professional qualification requirements pending legislative changes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housing support or a related service role (through existing temporary assignment).

• Passion for delivering excellent service to residents and communities.

• Willingness to work towards relevant professional qualifications if required.

• Ability to work collaboratively, proactively, and in alignment with the organisation’s values.
