Hr Business Partner

Description:

Cytiva, a Danaher Corporation company, is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to lead HR management for the Nucleic Acid Therapeutics & Nanomedicine and Commercial client groups within the Genomic Medicine Business Unit.

The role requires strategic leadership in HR planning, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to global leadership teams, shaping HR strategies that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a thought partner for leadership teams, aligning HR strategy with business goals.

• Lead organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.

• Partner with local HR teams to assess talent needs, implement retention strategies, and enhance engagement.

• Implement change management strategies and support leaders through organizational transformation.

• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching leaders on improvement strategies.

• Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring a culture of inclusivity and respect.

• Develop and execute metrics-driven HR solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and regional HR teams on performance management, compensation planning, and learning & development programs.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a biotechnology or healthcare environment.

• Strong consultative skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

• Data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics for continuous improvement and HR strategy development.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of leading change in a fast-paced global environment.

• Experience with HR transformation, workforce planning, and leadership coaching.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including Vancouver and Sweden).
