We're recruiting a HR Business Partner role to work as a part of a team of 6 supporting across 2 site locations (Selly Park and Erdington). Its expected you will work from both sites for 2 days, then work 1 day a week from home.
This is a full generalist HR position supporting with the full employee lifecycyle, policy development, learning and development and employee relations case work
✔ 37.5-hour working week
✔ Hybrid working – 1 day home working
✔ 27 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, employee assistance programme, onsite parking and mileage paid between site furthest from your home,
